What happens in a session?
Every session is different, because you're different and constantly evolving. But here's a sense of what to expect:
We begin by settling in—a few moments to arrive, to breathe, to let the day fall away. Then I hear about your specific request or I simply see what's ready to emerge. I might share descriptions of images, sensations, or perspectives that arise. I might draw on energy work, sound therapy, or quiet presence—whatever the moment asks for.
There's no agenda. No forced outcome. Just space for you to be present, to shift, to remember.
At the end, we take a moment to land. Sometimes a perspective lingers. Sometimes a feeling. Sometimes just quiet.
